The location was GREAT. I could walk to nearby shops. The room was super clean. It had a very comfy, large bed. A bottle of water each night was a LOVELY touch!!! The staff was always smiling. They couldn't do enough for you.
The room was a bit small. I could hear noise from the hallway.

Excellent Stay in a Stylish Boutique Hotel
clean roomcomfortable bedfriendly staff
I found the room very clean with a very comfortable bed (the linens were very soft). The staff was always smiling and happy to assist. I especially enjoyed the peaceful walk around the river across from the hotel.
I have no complaints regarding my experience.

the location was central. charles street features great shops and restaurants. i was also within walking distance to the red line and the museum of science.
my room did not have room service available between 9pm and 7:30 am. there were no tea kettles or teabags provided in my room, just coffee.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The location was excellent. Public transportation was really close. The staff accommodated my early check-in request!!!

The restaurant offered a varied menu with local and international options. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It had fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. Service was attentive and efficient.

The gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. There was also a selection of free weights. The business center provided computers and printers for guest use, very helpful for printing some last minute documents.
